🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At NC Patriots, every item is printed to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we focus on quality, accuracy, and clear communication.


Made-to-Order Items

Since our products are custom-made after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

We encourage customers to review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • You will be notified of the outcome

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or used items

  • Items damaged due to improper care

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
